Our Approach to Corporate Training
Every team member has unique strengths and areas to grow. We are dedicated to supporting growth through discovery that is highly interactive and inspires curiosity on the part of the learners. We don’t know what we don’t know, so our approach is to meet each learner exactly where they are with humility and grace. There are multiple approaches used to underline the learning. Some need to talk about what they are learning to make it stick. Others need hands or kinesthetic learning. Our commitment is to create comfort for participants to discover the unknown focus area in the training. Feeling encouraged to speak up when they have a question and inspired to try something new. We build a solid bridge between the skill gaps of the team member and the desired behavioral outcomes in our training programs.

Global Bridges Corporate Training is organized instruction for team members that meets them where they are with interactive content that is audience-focused and varied in approach.
How Does Corporate Training Work?
We love hearing from a member of upper management and/or HR leadership on company needs and employee skill gaps. We meet the organizational need wherever it is. If more clarity is needed about what the true gap is, we offer 360-degree management feedback programs to indicate skill gaps and then develop and deliver training modules to build critical skills for leadership and management through a variety of interactive exercises such as case studies, role plays, team challenges, and critical incidents. Then we follow up with an additional round of 360-degree feedback a year later to measure the impact of the corporate training and determine the next steps.
