Break Through The Gridlock and Create Impact

Workplace coaching enhances organizational performance through expert guidance in areas like structure, engagement, culture, change, and optimization.

My Approach to Coaching

Through assessment debriefing sessions with clients, I shine a light on their individual strengths (or what I call superpowers), which they often downplay because to them they are so natural, like breathing. I also invite them to explore where there might be a blind spot or an opportunity for growth. Often there is an opportunity to develop transparency in communication, for example. Once they commit to flexing in an area, I act as an accountability partner highlighting their growth in that area and asking how they can further develop it with their team.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

How Does Coaching Work?

Clients report that my coaching with them has enabled them to sift through the clutter and noise to find the anchor at the core of who they are. With this anchor set and clarified, they are able to stop and focus inwardly, assess where they really are and make decisions with intentionality, from a centered place without fear and anxiety. This is what they identify in our sessions that they need in order to be free of their self-limiting beliefs and take their leadership skills to the next level. I hold a non-judgmental space of encouragement, innovation and possibility for them as they explore their options and then commit to actions. I act as an accountability partner, so they know their courage to take action will not only be recognized but will be celebrated.

Many clients struggle with a sense of overwhelm and fear of impending burnout. I ask them questions to remember what brought them to this job originally. They often remind themselves of the purpose, their why for doing the job. Then I explore ways to enhance their joy and the positive aspects of their employee experience. This exploration coaching process has led to greater employee engagement and more of an effort towards work/life balance so they can increase performance.

When you come out of the storm you won’t be the same person who walked in.

Throughout our many strategy sessions, I was always impressed with the effortless way she would pull ideas and hidden
potential from my overworked brain. Never insisting that one path was “right” or better than another but continually steering
me in directions that would allow me to make those decisions for myself.

Her enthusiasm for concepts and possibilities is infectious. She makes you want to listen, to learn, and to be better - regardless of whether it's for work or for you personally.
