We conduct interviews with all the team members that will work with this new position and then when the screening process begins it is streamlined and quality-focused.

Sample Engagement
We discuss the organizational needs and the "why" for the position. Clarity around tasks, who they will work with and how is created.
Interviews with Co-workers to be are set. We write the job description, create awareness of preferences, and screen candidates. We then use metrics to determine the final 3 candidates.
Final 3 candidates are invited to team interview with supervisor and Global Bridges Team. Selection recommendations are made by Global Bridges team.
